Okay, here is how to get almost every skill with a pure strength build (And maybe 1 wisdom?) 1. Get a Dark Endur 2. Get a Bazzar Staff 3. Get a Skull Belt (Anything to add to your intelligence/wisdom is helpful)
Now, you can get most of the skills with the added stats these items give you! PS. After you buy the needed stuff, just resell to get your money back.

Or just go full int and deal more damage with the availability of more +int gear

You can't get skills like Fire Ball though...

FB is pretty useless, but my chara has 1 str so that w/ emerald necklace and hvy eloff I can get every spell (i also have a couple points in wis)
